Welcome to the January Edition of my Newsletter, and Happy New Year!

The new year ushers in a new direction for Michael Breed Golf. As some of you have likely already heard, on my SiriusXM show, Facebook,  or in the golf media, I made the very difficult decision to not continue as the host of The Golf Fix for Golf Channel. After 9 years of commuting to Orlando on a weekly basis, my family and I decided that is was time to make a change. While I couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible platform Golf Channel gave me, the time had come for me to spend more time with those most important to me. And thanks to the incredible technological innovations in the media industry, the support of Titleist, FootJoy, Golf Pride, Golf Digest, SiriusXM and more, I have been blessed with the incredible opportunity to help usher in a new era in golf instruction programming.

What does this mean for you? More content, more often! We are building a state of the art studio inside my home, where I will provide the same live instructional programming you’ve come to expect from me along with new original shows you can access any time, from anywhere. Imagine walking up to a difficult shot on the golf course, pulling out your phone, and having me tell you exactly how to hit the shot. Through channels like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, michaelbreed.com, and Golf Digest this is becoming a reality. I am honored to announce that Golf Digest has named me “Chief Digital Instructor” for their new digital instruction platform. All Golf Digest subscribers will have unlimited access to my Golf Digest content. I am incredibly excited to help Golf Digest, the most iconic media brand in golf instruction, go “all-in” with their digital business.

I am also thrilled to share that my SiriusXM PGA Tour Radio show, “A New Breed of Golf” is now live Monday through Friday from 8am to 10am eastern. I started a word of the day on SiriusXM a few years ago. Unpacking a powerful word is a great way to help focus our efforts on the things that matter most across all aspects of our lives. For 2018, we also have a Word of the Year: Innovate. We constantly strive to find new and improved ways to bring you the best possible golf instruction we can. These new improvements require innovation. This year, we hope you strive to find new and improved ways to make your dreams become reality!
